A Wedding in the Woods Featuring Blush, Lavender, and Navy Blue

Your average college party, drinks, laughs and nothing serious. The story picks back up in 2014. Boy sees girl — a vision in a yellow sundress with an infectious smile.

From there, their friendship began to grow. Lots of time together. Talking, laughing and falling in love. Their first date was at Starve Rock, which was a precursor to the proposal, their engagement session location and ultimately wedding venue. They have a theme — a love for the outdoors and adventure together.

Per Jocelyn’s sister, Jocelyn has been “playing wedding” since she was young. She loves love and pretty things. All the details perfectly represented her and Kody’s love and relationship. Elegantly simple (except that dress!!) with thoughtful details, greenery, flowers, color, and fun.
