From Kristen Weaver Photography “I was brought on to photograph an urban-inspired styled shoot at Haus 820 by Julie from Covington Designs and Events. Initially, the inspiration was jewel-toned, but we saw it gradually evolve to a more eclectic and whimsical style.”

“Some of my favorite details can actually be found in the attire — I selected 2 different tassel earrings from ASOS to accent the Latin-inspired gown designed by Ines di Santo. We also chose a soft mauve-colored suit jacket and floral tie (also from ASOS) for the groom.”

“Our models are really married and brought their daughter along for a few shots, too! Our ceremony space was accented with gold floral hoops in this old supermarket-turned-event venue, an oriental rug and greenery.”

Invitations from A&P Design Co. had hints of modern and touches of vintage. And these envelope liners? Yes, please! Not to mention these cool fonts. Hair and makeup was absolutely on point thanks to Hair and Makeup by Ivelisse. We love how the eye shadow was done to compliment the accessories. And what’s not to love about this golden ring ceremony installation? Such an easy way to make a bold statement. Add in ferns on each side with candlelight? And we’ve got the makings of the perfect ceremony setup.
The reception table was so full of beauty with these smokey blue-gray velvet linens from Kate Ryan Linens and these exquisite, boho-inspired florals from Shea Hopely Flowers Inc. All the heart eyes for these modern place settings from Treasury Rentals. Because what’s not to love about a place setting that packs so much style and color? “And the dessert table and lounge included glittered donuts, rock candy and specially designed sweets. Shea Hopely Flowers Inc. chose arrangements based around king Proteas and we accented the bouquets with silk ribbon.” Rentals from Treasury Rentals and The Reserve Vintage Rentals helped set the scene for romance.
