We’d also like to call this radiant inspiration “beautiful in blue” because those delicious, cool-toned shades are giving us so much spirit the day before Thanksgiving, and just the added “oomph” to help us get the rest of our to-do list done before tomorrow’s festivities. We can’t forget about the pop of color from the mint green table linens, either. It’s the perfect match-up in the sea of blue.
Captured by Ellen Ashton Photography and designed and decorated by Harper Hadley Events, there’s an unmistakable southern flair to this sweet styled shoot, as seen by the bride’s traditional, timeless look and the dainty blush and peach-toned florals by Kate McLeod Studio. We need to pinch ourselves; the level of charm in this is almost too much to handle!
“As guests entered for the ceremony, they were greeted by a bright, modern set up, complete with ghost chairs and a romantic altar draped in soft fabric and floral accents.”
“We wanted the backdrop to be elegant, romantic and clean, so as to allow their love and the commitment they were making to take center stage.”
“After the ceremony, guests celebrated the new Mr. & Mrs. with a flower petal toss as they made their way up the aisle. Since we had everything at Dove Ridge, the guests were immediately swept into the reception space, full of color, music and inviting tablescapes.”
“For the guest tables, we wanted to differentiate from the other tables in the room. We chose the beautiful spa teal jute linens for texture and color, coupled with cadet blue shantung napkins to tie in the sweetheart table.”
“With blue being Anthony’s favorite color, we wanted to accent the sweetheart table with that. Each selection in the place settings was equally important. The gold detail was to echo the warm tones we wanted to incorporate.”
“We were also able to order in Tara china with stunning floral detail. These were chosen for not only their beauty and color palette, but to tie in the vines of the vineyard and Jessica’s love of flowers.”
“Tareka at Loft22 Cakes designed a beautiful and unique hexagon wedding cake with a buttercream technique to mimic the waves and fluid open skies at their favorite travel destinations.”
“We kept the cake table simple with an ivory shantung linen to allow the cake to shine and become more of an art piece until it was time to serve.” So much love to this design team and all of these gorgeous wedding ideas! Off to pin the pretty!
